All service-based purchases (including installation, tint, and customization) are final and non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction after completion, or incorrect expectations.
Deposits or prepayments for scheduled services may be non-refundable. However, customers may request to reschedule their appointment with reasonable notice.
If a service has not yet been performed, refund requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
If there is an issue with the quality of the service provided, customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assess and, if appropriate, offer a correction or resolution.
